What you share about someone you've lost is personal. Here is plainly what we do with it.

What you share in the eulogy writer

• Your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to them. We do not keep a copy in a database.
• To write your eulogy, your answers are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI writing provider (Anthropic), which processes them to produce the text. Under its commercial terms, this data is not used to train its models.
• We never publish, sell, or share your answers or your eulogy.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Square. We never see or store your card details. Square shares with us the information needed to confirm your order, such as the amount, order number, and receipt email.

Basic site data

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site working.

Your choices

You can erase your saved answers anytime with the "Start over" link in the eulogy writer, or by clearing your browser's site data. For anything else, reply to your Square receipt email.
